Customer Service

Products ordered at the STIVALI online store will be shipped and delivered on weekdays, Monday through Friday.
We only ensure proper delivery of an order if the shipping address for the products is correctly provided by the User / Client, and the address corresponds to a residence or an office located in mainland Portugal, the archipelagos of Madeira and the Azores or in Europe.
A delivery is considered completed or a product is considered delivered once the delivery receipt is signed at the address agreed upon.


The shipping fees related to your order will be billed per order, which means, if you order more than one item, you will only be charged for the shipping fees once. However, STIVALI | Vieira & Frank Lda. reserves the right to split an order, for example, if part of the order is delayed or unavailable.
Deliveries for mainland Portugal, Archipelagos of Madeira and the Azores are listed below.

  • Portugal and Archipelagos –  up to 10,00 €

Upon delivery, the Client should inspect the package and the products shipped to look for any potential damage. If it is observed that the products are damaged, the client should not accept delivery of the order, which must be returned immediately.


Once your order has been registered, the payment has been confirmed and all items of your order are available, STIVALI | Vieira & Frank Lda. commits to proceed with shipping within the following deadlines:

  • Mainland Portugal, 3 to 5 working days.
  • Archipelagos of Madeira and the Azores, 3 to 10 working days.

Vieira & Frank Lda. will not be responsible for non-fulfilment or delays in fulfilling any shipping obligation that is disrupted by reason of force majeure, beyond its reasonable control.The order is considered accepted if, after receiving the order, the Client does not return it within the following 30 days.
